ALSHP Clinical Pharmacy Forum  – September 23, 2025

The ALSHP Clinical Pharmacy Forum Committee will hold its quarterly meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST via Microsoft Teams.

This quarter's meeting will feature Dr. Hibah Missoum, PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program Director at UAB, who will share her experiences with Collaborative Practice Agreements (CPAs). In addition, the committee will discuss recent clinical safety concerns, near misses or good catches, review updates from the Board of Pharmacy, and address new action items with time for open discussion.
