Calling all ambulatory care practitioners!

ALSHP is forming a workgroup of ambulatory care pharmacists. This group will focus on advocacy, practice models, sustainability of services, and will provide an opportunity to network with other ambulatory care providers across the state to share ideas and experiences as collaborative practice begins to be implemented. We are hoping to have representation from all areas of ambulatory care, such as those working as embedded clinicians in family medicine, primary care, and hospital outpatient clinics (general or specialty clinics). If you are an ambulatory care pharmacist interested in participating, please email Dan Gillis.
