I was recently approached by our system stroke coordinator with concerns about a colleague of hers' system being cited by Joint Commission for not routinely targeting a BP goal of <= 175/110 mm Hg that is listed for generic bleeding risk (regardless of indication) in the tenecteplase labelling rather than just the AHA guideline goal.  I am curious if anyone else has heard of something like this or is actively targeting this goal after TNK is given.  I appreciate any insight.
