Pharmacist's Objectives:
Understand the role of oncological immunotherapies in cancer treatment
Recognize toxicities associated with oncological immunotherapies and their corresponding supportive therapies
Identify dosing, administration, and mechanism of action for select oncological immunotherapies
Discuss patient populations who should not be screened and treated for asymptomatic bacteriuria
Recommend an appropriate treatment option for urinary tract infections caused by vancomycin-resistant enterococci
Distinguish the differences between prior to admission medication lists and the medication reconciliation process
Identify common medication reconciliation discrepancies and opportunities for pharmacist intervention
Compose a complete and accurate medication reconciliation by using defined resources in this presentation
