Legislative Committee

• Purpose: Monitor proposed Federal and State legislation and proposed rules, changes, or additions by the State Board of Pharmacy and communicate to the membership.

• Main Functions: Maintain a presence at ALBOP meetings to represent ALSHP and report important BOP-related information to the membership. Work with Advocacy Task Force to highlight legislative initiatives at federal and state level, promote pharmacy practice and resolve issues that affect the profession
