    Usually in my one-on-one sessions I will:

    • Inquire about their true interests with pharmacy (long term goals)
    • Discuss if we are truly able to offer what they are after to determine if we are a good fit
    • Ask specifics about their interest in our program

    From there, I just let the conversation lead itself.

    This is my first time as RPD. I will be having one-on-one interviews with the resident applicants. What are the questions that you typically ask them during that time?
